Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 October 2026
Elite Hospitality Solutions (EHS) respects your privacy and recognises the importance of handling personal information responsibly. This policy explains the types of information we may collect, how we use and protect it, when it may be shared and how to contact us about personal information.
1. About Elite Hospitality Solutions

This policy does not state that Elite Hospitality Solutions is a company or a registered business name.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Your name, role, contact information and preferred communication method.
- Your business or venue name, venue type and information you choose to provide about an operating challenge.
- Services you enquire about or request, and relevant correspondence.
- Information necessary to manage an agreed professional engagement under the applicable scope and confidentiality arrangements.
- Technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, access times and security or server logs generated when you access our website.
We generally collect enquiry information directly from you. Please do not send sensitive personal information, employee or customer records, payroll records or confidential financial or business documents through the initial enquiry form. If an engagement requires such records, we will discuss appropriate arrangements for their transfer and use.
3. How we use information
We use the information reasonably needed to:
- Respond to enquiries and communicate about requested consulting services.
- Understand your business needs and assess potential engagement fit.
- Arrange discussions, prepare proposals and provide agreed services.
- Manage business correspondence and records.
- Operate, troubleshoot and protect our website and communication systems.
- Meet applicable legal, recordkeeping and regulatory obligations.
- Respond to questions, requests or complaints.
Providing information is generally voluntary, but without sufficient contact and enquiry details we may be unable to respond. Contacting EHS does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
4. Website enquiries and communications
You can email contact@elitehospitalitysolutions.com directly.
When you submit the website enquiry form, the details you enter are used to process and respond to your enquiry. The form sends your enquiry by email to the EHS business mailbox through the website’s mail service. It does not collect files or attachments. The website does not keep a copy of your submission in its database. To limit spam and repeat submissions, it briefly holds short-lived, non-readable (hashed) markers derived from your connection and message. Your enquiry may be retained in the EHS business mailbox and in related business records and backups.
Initial enquiries do not require uploads of confidential operational records.
5. Website technologies and cookies
Website hosting infrastructure may process technical information required to deliver pages, maintain service, identify errors and investigate misuse. The website does not currently use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies, or embedded third-party tools. WordPress may set essential cookies for administrator sign-in and site security.
If analytics, advertising, anti-spam or marketing technology is introduced in future, this policy will be updated and any necessary consent arrangements reviewed before it is activated.
6. Disclosure and overseas processing
Information may be disclosed where reasonably needed for service delivery and business operations, including to hosting and email providers (such as DreamHost), authorised technical or professional service providers, and regulators or authorities where required or authorised by law.
DreamHost provides hosting and email infrastructure, and information may be processed, stored or accessed outside Australia, including in the United States, depending on the service and configuration. We do not claim that all information is stored exclusively in Australia.
EHS does not sell personal information.
7. Security and retention
We take reasonable steps appropriate to our operations to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. These include restricting system access to authorised persons and applying technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to a small business.
We retain personal information as reasonably necessary for the relevant business purpose, ongoing matters or applicable legal obligations. When it is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it where possible, subject to lawful retention requirements and the operation of backups.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Access and correction
You may ask whether EHS holds personal information about you and request access or correction. We will consider such requests in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the request. We may request suitable identity verification before releasing or changing information. Requests for deletion will be assessed against legitimate retention and legal obligations.
Send requests to contact@elitehospitalitysolutions.com.
9. Questions and complaints
If you have a concern about how EHS handles personal information, email us with enough detail to identify the issue. We will review the concern and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If relevant privacy law gives you a right to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), information is available at oaic.gov.au.
10. Marketing communications
A consulting enquiry is not newsletter consent. Any future optional newsletter will have a separate opt-in and unsubscribe mechanism, and commercial electronic messages will be managed in accordance with applicable Australian requirements, including the Spam Act 2003.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, website functionality, information-handling practices or legal requirements change. The published version shows its last-updated date. We will provide notice of material changes where required.
