Website Terms
Last updated: 31 October 2026
1. Website operator
This website is operated by Kristian David Ford, an Australian sole trader (ABN 68 930 034 943), who uses the professional name Kris Ford, in connection with the Elite Hospitality Solutions (EHS) consulting business. These terms do not state that Elite Hospitality Solutions is a company or a registered business name.
2. General website information
Content on this website is general information about EHS hospitality consulting and operating methods. It does not by itself create a consulting engagement or replace advice tailored to a venue’s circumstances. No particular outcome is promised.
3. Professional services
Any professional engagement is governed by a separate written agreement that identifies the contracting party and specifies the service, inputs, deliverables, responsibilities, exclusions, fees, timing and any agreed implementation or follow-up. Fees are confirmed in that written scope.
EHS reviews are not a financial audit, legal or industrial-relations advice, a payroll compliance determination, statutory food-safety certification or accredited training. EHS is not a registered training organisation. Those specialist matters require appropriate advice or review.
4. Demonstration material
The sample diagnostic report is fictional and uses synthetic figures, roles and conditions. It is not client evidence, a benchmark, an actual observation, a realised outcome or advice for a real venue.
5. Website content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, content on this website is owned by or licensed to the operator. Please do not copy or reuse it without permission. Hospitality photographs and illustrations on this website are illustrative and do not depict EHS clients or venues. No claim is made that EHS names or logos are registered trade marks.
6. Use of the website
Please use the website lawfully. You must not attempt to disrupt it or access systems without authority, and you must not present the sample material as real client work.
7. Information currency and scope
We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but it may change without notice. Nothing on this website guarantees results or confirms availability of a service for a particular venue.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Contact and complaints
Email contact@elitehospitalitysolutions.com about these terms or to raise a concern. Governing-law and jurisdiction provisions for a professional engagement are set out in the written engagement agreement.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here applies from its last-updated date.
